This website offers a referral commission of 15% of the net profit actually earned by the website from its commission on a completed transaction involving a buyer, seller, tenant, or rental property in Morocco.
Referral commissions shall be paid only if all the following conditions are met:
• The referral is the first lawful introduction of a new client not previously known or contacted by this website. Only the first referrer of a client is eligible for payment; duplicate or subsequent referrals concerning the same person or entity will not be compensated.
• Referrals must be made in compliance with Moroccan law, specifically respecting data protection requirements under Law No. 09-08 and related regulations. This includes obtaining explicit prior consent from the referred individual or entity before sharing their personal information or contact details with this website.
• The commission is payable only after the website has received and fully cleared its commission income from a completed and legally valid transaction.
• No commission is owed for cancelled, reversed, incomplete, or invalid transactions.
This referral arrangement is strictly limited to the payment of commissions as described and does not create any kind of agency, employment, joint venture, partnership, or other legal relationship between the website and the referrer. Referrers have no authority to act on behalf of, bind, or represent the website in any manner.
The website reserves the exclusive right to verify referral legitimacy, determine eligibility, and decide on commission payment timing and amount. By submitting a referral, the referrer acknowledges and agrees to comply fully with Moroccan legal requirements and these terms.
Please note: Multiple referrals e.g TWO or more different people or companies can be referred with the same commission structure in place for people with more than ONE connection
